Here is an adapted radio that can tune into radio stations of your creation, be it your own shows or secret worlds that inhabit the ether.
The audio shown is part of another project recorded for Pendon Museum with Storyteller Richard Neville. Different recordings, including the static, are played by turning the dial, allowing you to 'tune in' to the different recordings. The volume/on switch is still operational as is the tone control, all shown in the video.
This radio was commissioned for an ethnographic project and will eventually house recordings of interviews. This idea could be used in museum settings, escape rooms, or interactive spaces related to experiential marketing and would be a great talking point at a themed wedding, allowing you to add an unusual personal touch.
